Mr. Robertson is a Managing Partner of LKCM Headwater Investments GP, LLC and LKCM Headwater Investments I, L.P. Mr. Robertson is currently also an owner of various interests associated with the Robertson family holding company and Quintana Capital Group, a $1 billion energy focused private equity firm he co-founded.
Previously, Mr. Robertson was Managing Partner of Spring Street Capital Partners LP, a successful small cap long/short hedge fund; a Vice President for Sandefer Capital Partners, a $500 million energy investment fund; and a Vice President for Reservoir Capital Group, a $2 billion New York-based investment firm. Mr. Robertson began his career as a business analyst for Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group LLP. He serves on various boards of Quintana affiliated portfolio companies. Mr. Robertson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Honors and Finance from University of Texas at Austin and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University Graduate School of Business.
Jimmy Berry currently serves as President of Buckhorn Waste Services, LLC. From July 2014 to January 2018, Jimmy was the Vice President of Acquisitions for Buckhorn Energy Services, LLC. In this role, he was focused on growth opportunities including transaction origination and execution to support the company’s strategic goals. Jimmy is also a Vice President of Quintana Capital Group, working within the Robertson family office in Houston, Texas. Jimmy brings more than ten years of energy-related corporate finance experience and currently serves on the board of Buckhorn Waste Services and Quality Magnetite.Prior to joining Buckhorn and Quintana, Jimmy worked for GulfStar Group, a boutique investment bank in Houston, Texas. Jimmy began his career in New York, working for Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. as an equity research associate covering the power and utilities industry, and Sabin Commodities, working on the trading floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange. Mr. Berry received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Business Foundations Certification from The University of Texas at Austin.
